"Ginny and her amazing team at All About Catering catered our wedding reception May 29,2010. Both my husband and I are Armenian and we opted to go outside of the tradition and plan a different kind of menu for our family and friends to enjoy. Doing something different does not come without its fair share of stress and Ginny’s patience and understanding throughout the planning process was incredible. Her diligence with creating a perfect menu for us was so appreciated! Along with some tasty butler passed hors d'oeuvres we also included in our cocktail hour a guacamole and salsa live station that our guests raved about. The sit down meal was served by professional and courteous staff and hot and to everyone’s liking. Thank you Ginny for being part of our special day and providing a different kind of experience for us to enjoy!"

and service was beyond compare! We have always done the Mother's
Day Brunch at......Resort and to be very honest this so far
exceeded what we have done before and it was such a welcomed

picture of Rachael's....I thought that was a cool way to display

and it was largely because of your crew. They did an excellent
job and took care of every last detail. There were rave reviews
about the food and accommodations. The team was on top of set
up, refills and take down. They even packed up the extras for
us to have. I was able to relax and enjoy our crowd of 110 easily

"Last night retirement party was a success, and much of
the credit goes to Jeannine, Sabrina, and the wonderful young
man …he was so great! I did not have to worry about anything
in regards to food and clean up….they did it all! The three
of them are true professionals and I am sure are an asset to
the All About Catering team. I received many compliments on
their service, professionalism, the little things they did here
and there, the way they treated my guests, etc. Having the three
of them here really made my night so much easier. The lack of
stress and worry on my part to make sure everything was getting
done and taken care knowing that they had it all under control
was the best gift of all! Thank you again for all your help
in getting the menu figured out (the meal was perfect and received
rave reviews!)...I will look forward to working with you and
your team of professionals again. I hope you share this with

event we had Saturday evening. The food, punch, bar-tending
and wait staff were amazing. Sabrina did a fantastic job of
attending to all the details-- candles were always lit, food
trays were always refilled and I personally did not see one
used plate, napkin or beer bottle sitting around. The food
was outstanding. We received many compliments on the wonderful
flavors and the array of choices. Thank you for your suggestions.
Our cake was the talk of the
evening-- not only was it beautiful and fun-- it truly was

“Dear Donna...I have purposely waited to write to you last,
so I could take the time to thank you adequately although
that is probably not possible. You and your staff did such
an outstanding job with my daughter's wedding. I cannot thank
you enough. One of the guests said the food was far beyond
delicious. Another guest said that the mashed potatoes changed
her life. Many of the guests raved about the beef melting
in their mouths. The vegetables were prepared perfectly and
the strawberries fabulous. Unfortunately, I had to take everyone's
word as I ate very little. I did eat the mashed potatoes that
you personally served me and, yes, they were divine. Thank
you. The previous year when my older daughter was married,
I ate the entire meal and didn't have time to talk to all
of my guests. This year my husband and I decided not to eat
so we could be friendlier hosts to our guests. In retrospect,
I should have eated more or drank less wine. I did taste the
leftover meat and one chocolate covered strawberry the day
after the wedding. Yum.
I do apologize for not ordering
enough tables. But when I said to you "let's make it work"
you responded positively. And we made it work! That shows
you are a real professional. I notice that because of the
convention planning and party planning I have done in the
past. Anyone can work under ideal circumstances, but a true
pro works under less than ideal situations and nobody knows
the difference. You are a pro and I appreciate you for that.
Thank you again for all of
your help to make my youngest daughter's wedding the wedding
that she had always dreamed about experiencing. She is very
happy."
