Culinary program. She is a skilled chef in sauces and pastries.
Kali is known to have the best Marsala sauce in town. Her
Chicken Marsala has been requested repeatedly and keeps folks
wanting more. Also known for The BEST carrot cake ever! Don’t
bother asking her for the recipe folks. She’s not budgin!
I will tell you however, she soaks her raisins in pineapple
juice! |

Ignacio (Nacho) Corral 4 years
Nacho has been cooking since
1976. Chef Nacho is known AKA Mr. Charisma. After working
for several 5 star restaurants at the Plaza Del Rio and the
Le Rhone fine dining restaurant in Peoria he joined our team.
His specializes in braising whole tenderloins, poaching lobster
tails and his Posole soup is extremely popular. Nacho loves
to entertain and show off his culinary skills. He always has
a smile on his face… Always. One more thing… Nacho does the
fastest pasta bar in town! Blazing fast! |
