ALL About Catering Co was founded in 2000 by Chef Julia Aldana & Ginny Solis. Chef Julia attended Culinary school and studied under several master chefs including Chef Walter Leible. After careful attention to detail and hospitality management we started entertaining clients all over the valley. Our Company grew into a thriving business serving hundreds of corporate clients and specialty events every year. With Ginny Solis building bridges and her knowledge of the valley and its growth, All About Catering Company has doubled in its client base every year since 2000. We as a team of experienced technicians in culinary arts and hospitality enjoy making every event a celebration of life.

Chef Kali Solimeno 5 years

Kali is a graduate of AIPX Culinary program. She is a skilled chef in sauces and pastries. Kali is known to have the best Marsala sauce in town. Her Chicken Marsala has been requested repeatedly and keeps folks wanting more. Also known for The BEST carrot cake ever! Don’t bother asking her for the recipe folks. She’s not budgin! I will tell you however, she soaks her raisins in pineapple juice!

Chef Ignacio (Nacho) Corral 4 years

Nacho has been cooking since 1976. Chef Nacho is known AKA Mr. Charisma. After working for several 5 star restaurants at the Plaza Del Rio and the Le Rhone fine dining restaurant in Peoria he joined our team. His specializes in braising whole tenderloins, poaching lobster tails and his Posole soup is extremely popular. Nacho loves to entertain and show off his culinary skills. He always has a smile on his face… Always. One more thing… Nacho does the fastest pasta bar in town! Blazing fast!

Chef Christopher Savini 1st year

Chris comes to us at All About Catering Co. from The Wigwam Resort. He managed their banquet facilities and has chosen the hospitality industry for several years. His biggest accomplishment so far in our company is making Tuscan white bean chicken chili, Sonoran veggie chili and a sirloin red chili for 500. Rave reviews Chris! Well Done! Chris has also been know to throw out some new concepts in compound butters for our mashed martini bar and roasted corn on the cob. His creativity is bursting.

Kerry Jordan Head stager/ buffet and prop design 5 years

Kerry is ALL about the flair. Her vision has been recognized by several clients and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Her set ups have turned many ordinary events into extraordinary displays. Kerry is on staff scheduling events and answering phones as well. When calling to schedule your next event you just might get her on the phone as well as masterminding your buffet tables!
